Full Sentences

Using readMedia's Hometown Newsmaker, you can insert more than just individual details in your hometowners. You can include full sentences in your spreadsheet, giving you some flexibility while writing releases. Here's an example:


In this release you will notice a full sentence of data highlighted in green at the bottom. All other placeholders are highlighted in yellow. The student mentioned in this release is the valedictorian, and the attached spreadsheet contains a unique column with a full sentence devoted to ONLY this student.

If you include a similar column in your spreadsheet, the individuals who have no data in the column will have that block of text omitted entirely. The first student listed in the press release below doesn't have a unique green sentence because the corresponding field in the spreadsheet is blank.
