How to recover a forgotten password

Simply click on the Login button on www.readmedia.com and then on the Forgot Password link. Then just have to enter your email address, and a new password will be sent to you.

How to change your password

After logging into your account click on the My Account tab at the top and then on the Change Password option on the right. You'll be prompted to enter a new password.

How to activate links in press releases

While putting together the draft of your press release (step one of sending a release), you'll see a link icon in the toolbar. Simply highlight the text you want to turn into a link and click the link button. You'll then be prompted to enter the destination link.  

How to receive a copy of your release by email

On step 4 of sending your release, you'll see an option to send a Email BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). You can enter up to three email addresses in this field. Each address will receive a copy of your release by email when it goes out to the media.

How to send a release to distribution lists outside your “reach”

While choosing your distribution lists, you'll see a section labeled readMedia Lists. Here you'll see lists outside of your organization's reach. Simply click the link to expand this section and select any list(s) you'd like.
